Livi Mai - Office Manager, Patient Specialist - Office Manager

Livi Mai, our dedicated Office Manager and Patient Specialist, meets with each of our patients during their initial consultation to help address questions and concerns, educate them on the process of their procedure, and to discuss matters such as procedure costs and surgery scheduling. In addition, Livi will discuss post-operative care with our patients to prepare them for recovery. She lives and breathes our practice’s cosmetic surgery procedures and has been in the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry for over 10 years. Livi is empathetic by nature and values the feelings and privacy of each of our MIA Plastic Surgery patients. Patients often comment that they are glad to call Livi their friend.
